Our Maui Mokka is 100% locally grown and roasted (by us) on the island of Maui. This bean was rated #1 coffee in Hawaii by the Hawaii Coffee Association in August of 2014. It’s trademark Smooth, Rich, Chocolaty flavors make it the Champagne of Coffees, with delicious aromas of Vanilla, Caramel and Honey. This well-balanced roast is exceptional for Espresso (24 secs), Pour Over, French Press and Aeropress brewing methods. Brew temperature between 195-205 degrees.
