Our signature roast is also 100% locally grown and roasted (by us) on the island of Maui. It’s smooth and complex with aromas of Chocolate, Caramel, Vanilla and hints of Hazelnut and Dark Berries. This full-bodied, low-acidity roast is exceptional for French Press, Pour Over and Aeropress brewing methods. For espresso, brew at 201.5 degrees at a 24-25 second extraction. All others, brew at 195-203 degrees.
