Makawao Ave is our signature espresso roast and is 100% locally grown and roasted (by us) on the island of Maui. Sweet, smooth and complex, it has aromas of Chocolate, Caramel, Vanilla and hints of Blackberry and Cinnamon. This balanced roast was formulated for extraction as espresso (27-29 secs), and is also exceptional for brewing with a French Press, Pour Over and Aeropress. Brew as espresso at 201.5 degrees. Brew all others at 198-203 degrees.
