This single origin coffee from Chiapas Mexico is the perfect roast for those that love a rich and clean chocolately coffee. Chiapas SHG is the drip and cold brew roast for all Akamai stores, but we especially appreciate how it shines on espresso. The tasting notes in the cup are dark chocolate, nutmeg, honey, vanilla, dark berries, whiskey, and almonds. The SHG in it's name (which means "strictly high grown") means that it was grown at a high altitude (over 4,000 feet above sea level) in the mountains of Chiapas.
