Caturron 200
This deliciously fruity coffee is a single varietal called Caturron, grown exclusively in Colombia where it was discovered (as a mutation of Caturra) in 2016. Our caturron beans were grown by Luis A Calderon and delicately cared for at his farm. After harvesting, it spends 24 hours in aerobic fermentation before it is sealed into bags for another 200 hours. During this fermentation process, the beans are kept at a low temperature with C02, before being naturally processed and shipped to us. This coffee has a delightful balance of tart fruit and fine chocolate, and is fantastic as a pourover.
