This single origin roast from Chiapas Mexico comes from our friends at Seis Generaciones and their Peru Paris farm. It is a mixture of two varietals; Obata and Anacafe. These two varietals combine for a perfect single origin roast that has a sweet fudge chocolate and sweet almond; perfect for espresso, drip coffee, and cold brew. It’s fruity flavors of cherries and dates shine in a pour over, with a black tea finish.
